Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the cement industry and a strong understanding of civil testing processes. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of testing services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets within the cement industry.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in the cement industry, including cement manufacturers, construction companies, and engineering firms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand client needs and requirements and recommend appropriate testing solutions and products to meet their specifications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our testing services and products, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and sales pipeline, and take proactive measures to optimize results.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the cement industry or related field.
- Strong technical understanding of civil testing processes, including concrete testing, material analysis, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
