About the Role
Velciti Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering freshers to join our Construction Testing & Highway (CTH) Laboratory team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in material testing, laboratory operations, and quality assurance practices in a NABL-compliant testing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform testing of construction materials including concrete, soil, aggregates, and steel.
* Prepare, label, and organize test samples accurately.
* Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
* Record, compile, and maintain test data and reports.
* Follow NABL standards, laboratory procedures, and quality protocols.
* Ensure laboratory safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping.
* Assist senior engineers in testing and quality control activities.
Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and materials.
* Willingness to learn laboratory testing procedures and standards.
* Good observation and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
